Includes a planned servicing schedule, one point of contact, written records, priority response between visits, and no lock-in for repairs or emergency call-outs.

We can survey and quote to take planned work over from another contractor. House garage doors are not what this agreement is for.

Pricing is quoted from asset count, equipment mix, site count and service requirements.
